Grab some friends and join us for this special Baywood RockSalt Pilates class taught by Adrian Ramirez, RockSalt owner and Baywood dad!  RockSalt is an award-winning studio that takes Pilates into overdrive.  Come get an awesome work-out while raising money for our kids!  For those who are thirsty after class, we might head out for a drink at a nearby establishment.
