Gear Up for the Ultimate Winter Chalet Party & Live Auction!
The Winter Chalet officially opens its doors at 5:45 PM on Saturday, March 15th, and we’re ready to hit the après-ski scene in style at Baywood’s 26th Annual Live Auction Party! Get ready for a night of festive cocktails, competitive bidding, and celebrating for a great cause.

🎟 5:45 PM – Registration & Doors Open
- Check in and grab your pre-purchased drink tickets or buy them on-site.
- Join the Heads or Tails Game ($20/person)—winner takes home a crate of wine worth $600!
🍸 5:45 - 7:45 PM – Pre-Ski Warm-Up & Cocktail Hour
- Drop your skis and poles at the door, then grab a festive cocktail to kick off the après-ski vibes.
- Snap a pic at the gondola photo station and mingle with fellow partygoers.
🍽️ 8:00 - 9:30 PM – Dinner & Live Auction
- Enjoy dinner while bidding on nine incredible live auction packages, including luxury getaways, VIP sporting experiences, and exclusive parties!
💃 9:30 - Midnight – Club Baywood
- Celebrate winning gold on the slopes and dance the night away!

🏆 FUND-A-GAP PADDLE RAISE
To close out the night, we’ll launch our Fund-A-Gap paddle raise, where you can make a direct cash donation to support Baywood or match existing contributions. Every bid and every dollar helps support our amazing school!
