Countdown to the Baywood 2019 Auction

Mark your calendar for Saturday, March 16. Baywood’s annual Auction is a cherished tradition of the Baywood Community coming together for an evening of dining, dancing and fun.  But more importantly, the event is one of our largest fundraisers, generating the critical dollars necessary to maintain a high quality education for our children.  Support from families and businesses helps our community nurture "the whole child" through direct funding of services and programs designed to address ALL of the needs of our students: social, emotional, intellectual and physical. 

This Year’s Theme - STUDIO 54

Get your groove on with Baywood and get ready for a fun night where we'll party disco style.  Whether you're a celebrity or a low-key nightclub goer, Baywood's Studio 54 Party will be the place to be on March 16th.  You'll be able to try your luck at one of the casino tables, or raise your paddle to win one of the many awesome Live Auction items.

Come in your best Studio 54 party attire or consider getting funky and more creative!  There can never be too many Cher, Liza Minnelli or Andy Warhol impersonators.  How about dressing in your favorite 70's nightclub dancing attire?  The possibilities are endless - just have fun with it!

Online Auction and Raffle

There are 2 ways to get lucky before the big night!

Online Auction:  Wednesday, February 27 - Wednesday, March 6.  Stay tuned for more details. New items will be added daily through March 6!

Raffle: Raffle tickets will be sold from February 8-27th.  More details to follow.

How Can You Help?

Here are some ways you can be a winner and ensure a successful 2019 Auction:

The Auction relies on donated items and services from Baywood families and our extended community.  Consider donating (or ask someone you know) to donate an item.  All donations are tax-deductible.  Find out more about the types of donations we need by clicking here.

If your business is looking to reach our wonderful community consider a corporate sponsorship opportunity.

Raffle tickets sales will be happening February 9 - February 28.  Wait until you hear the prizes we have lined up…. Plus, it’s a great way to show support to our students and involve them in Auction efforts.
